To become a provider on Do-Ya, download our app or visit our website and click "Sign Up as a Vendor." You will be asked to provide basic details, select your services, and upload your certifications. Once submitted, your application will be reviewed, and you will be notified upon approval.

During sign-up, you can select from a list of available services in your category. You can also update your service offerings in your Provider Dashboard anytime.
5. How does the approval process work for providers?
Once you submit your application, our team reviews your credentials, certifications, and background check information. Providers are typically approved within 3-5 business days. You will receive a notification once your profile is approved and activated.
6. How do I get paid?
Do-Ya uses Square as its payment processor. After completing a service, the payment is securely processed through the platform, and you receive your earnings directly into your bank account within 1-3 business days.
7. What fees do providers have to pay?
An onboarding admin fee covers all the admin and registration, as well as the background check. A small commission may also be charged on completed services, which will be clearly outlined during onboarding.
8. Can I update my availability?
Yes, providers can update their availability anytime through the Provider Dashboard in the app. This ensures that they only receive bookings when available to provide services.
9. What should I do if I have an issue with a booking?
If you encounter any issues with a booking or need assistance, you can contact Do-Ya support via the Help Center in the app or email info@do-ya-know.com.

10. How do I book a healthcare service on Do-Ya?
Booking a healthcare service is simple. Just download the Do-Ya app, create an account, and browse the list of available services and providers in your area. Once you find a provider, select an appointment time and pay securely through the app.

12. How are providers verified?
All providers on Do-Ya undergo a rigorous verification process that includes background checks, certification verification, and licensing review. This ensures that only qualified, trusted professionals are available on the platform.
13. How do I pay for services?
Services are paid for directly through the Do-Ya platform using Square. You can pay using a credit or debit card; payment is only collected after the service is completed.
14. Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?
You can reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled service time. To do so, go to the Appointments section in the app and follow the steps. Please note that late cancellations may incur a fee.
15. Are there any additional fees when booking a service?
Yes, a $5.99 booking fee is applied to each appointment. This fee is separate from the provider's service rate.
16. How can I track my provider?
Once your provider arrives, you can track their real-time location in the app. You will also receive notifications when they are en route and have arrived at your location.
17. What should I do if there's an issue with my service?
If you experience any issues with your service, you can contact our Customer Support Team through the Help Center in the app or email us at info@do-ya-know.com. We are here to help resolve any concerns.
